Special easier group yoga class for men:
This new group yoga class it is meant to prepare you to practice yoga on your own and/or join our Monday and Thursday 8:30pm men's moderate yoga class. It is a 60 minute class. If you will be joining me this coming Tuesday please be sure to either preregister or call/text or email me so that I know to expect you.
